Our founder, David Forde, brings a rare blend of elite athletic experience and executive leadership mastery. A former international professional footballer who trained and competed with some of the modern game’s greatest leaders, David transitioned from the world of high-performance sport to the corporate arena with a singular mission: to empower others to perform at their peak under pressure, with purpose. Armed with a Master’s in Coaching Psychology and Development, and certified as both an ICF and EMCC practitioner, David translates the mindset of elite performance into practical leadership tools. Having personally negotiated multi-million-pound deals as his own agent, he understands the art and psychology of sales, influence, and resilience and now shares that edge through Pathfinder’s Leadership and sales performance programs.
